Good to Know

We have designed our Smartflats to provide you full intimacy and flexibilitiy. This is why the access to your Smartflats will self check-in thanks to your personal access codes sent 2 days before your arrival by email. Smartflats has no reception on-site but our multilingual team is available by phone or email 24/7 in case you would need assistance before, during or after your stay. You can also pass by our Smartflats Lounge where our offices are located to meet the team and get extra tips for your stay (for more details: click here).

Check-in time: from 3:00 pm
Check-out time: before 12:00 pm

To ensure a smooth stay to each of our guests, we allow early check-in and late check-out only with prior request and upon confirmation of our team. You can request it here.

Leave your luggage at Smartflats Lounge

Looking for a place to leave your luggage so you can enjoy you free time in Brussels?

You can leave your them at our Smartflats Lounge in the city center and come back later to pick them.

Saturday - 12.00 am - 8.00 pm

If you wish to leave your luggage outside this hours, feel free to contact us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Cleaning service is included

The cleaning of your flat is included and will be made after your check-out. We kindly ask you to leave the flat tidy: make sure you put the food leftovers and waste in a garbage bag, gather empty bottles and do the dishes.

If you stay more than 7 days, the cleanings are planned once a week (check with our team about the cleaning schedule). If your stay is less than 7 days, cleaning is only made after your stay.

If you would like to have additional cleaning during your stay, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. You can request it here.

Ensure a smooth stay

We design our Smartflats so you can feel at home, even when you are a thousands miles away from yours. Please treat it respectfully, just as it was yours.

We kindly, but firmly, ask you not to bring pets, smoke or host parties in our Smartflats. Please note that we reserve the right to charge you a fee for not respecting these rules (see our Reservation Policy).

Our goal is to provide each of our guests with a smooth stay. This is why we work with worldwide security company. In case of excessive noise or any other kind of disturbance within the residence, please contact us by phone so we can make them intervene.


Maintenance

The flat has been carefully checked before your arrival. However, technical malfunctions can always happen. Please let us know as early as possible so our technical department can respond immediately. If you notify us before 5:00 pm, we will do our best to solve the problem the same day.
